More than 250 women celebrated during the April 29 Federation Women's Philanthropy Gala at the Hilton Hotel in Philadelphia. They conveyed many blessings upon Jews in need during the event, raising $79,000 in new money for the 2010 Federation annual campaign and donating numerous new personal-care items to Federation's Mitzvah Food Project.

Dr. Wendy Mogel, a nationally known clinical psychologist and author of the New York Times bestseller, The Blessing of a Skinned Knee, was the keynote speaker for the event, which was chaired by Iris Davis Brownstein, Jill Gilman, Lori Levin and Bobbie Morgenstern.
