DR. LORRIETA ADRIAN has been named president of Coastline Community College (Calif.). Adrian serves as vice president of student services at Skyline College. She holds a bachelor's from the University of the Philippines, a master's from the University of the Pacific and a doctorate from Claremont Graduate University.
RIXON CAMPBELL is executive assistant to the president for administration at Johnson C. Smith University (N.C). Campbell previously served as business development and training director at FDY, Inc., a food service company based in the southeastern U.S. He earned a bachelor's from Bethune Cookman University and a master's from St. Joseph's College.
DR. LUIS ECHEGOYEN has been named Robert A. Welch Chair in Chemistry at the University of Texas at El Paso. Echegoyen is the director of the Chemistry Division at the National Science Foundation. He holds a bachelor's and doctorate from the University of Puerto Rico.
BARBARA GEORGE JOHNSON is executive director of The John S. Watson Institute for Public Policy at Thomas Edison State College (N.J.). George Johnson previously served as deputy director of the Watson Institute. She earned a bachelor's from Cornell University, a master's from Columbia University and a juris doctorate from Rutgers- Newark Law School.
AIMEE OCCHETTI is vice president of government relations at the University of The District of Columbia. Occhetti was director of the Office of Government Relations at UDC. She earned a bachelor's from North Carolina State University and a juris doctorate from UDC.

DR. JOSE V. SARTARELLI has been named dean of the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University. Sartarelli was pharmaceutical group chairman at Johnson & Johnson. He earned a bachelor's from the Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (Brazil) and a master's and doctorate from Michigan State University.
LINDA J. WONG has been named executive director of the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education's Center for Urban Education. Wong was vice president of civic engagement at the California Community Foundation. She earned a bachelor's and juris doctorate from USC.
