For the third time in the last four years, Division 1 claimed the JEGS Allstars team title. The squads from Divisions 1 and 5 finished tied at 1,300 points, and using the tiebreaker procedure, the win went to Division 1, which has won seven championships in the 26-year history of the event. The Division 6 team finished third with 1,000 points.
Leading the way for Division 1 were Frank Manzo, who collected his record eighth Top Alcohol Funny Car Allstars win; Joe Santangelo, who scored in Super Stock; and Jason Kenny, who titled in Super Gas. The stars for the Division 5 team were Michael Miller, who won Super Comp, and Steve Domingues, who scored in Super Street. Jim Whiteley claimed the lone victory for Division 7 in Top Alcohol Dragster; defending Comp champ Bruno Massel, who returned as a blocker, won his second straight title; and Division 6 rep Mark Faul wheeled his way to the Stock title. Division 2's Ray Miller and Division 4's Keith Raftery were the inaugural champions in Top Dragster and Top Sportsman, respectively.
