INNI
Your level of enjoyment in Vincent Morisset's Inni will likely depend on whether or not you can get past the fact that the enigmatic/pretentious Icelandic post-rock outfit Sigur Rós invented their own language and used it to write lyrics for some of their music. If you can, you're in for a beautifully shot and scored film, featuring mainly stark black-and-white shots of the band live onstage and the clean audio recordings that accompany them. (GRANT BRISSEY) Northwest Film Forum, Thurs 7, 9 pm, Tues 7 pm.
